ALLSPICE
Allspice berries, also known as Jamaican pepper or pimento, have a complex flavour such that they taste like a combination of several spices. Allspice berries are used to prepare both sweet and savoury dishes. They can be used whole and ground, as also in combination with other spices. They can be used to prepare soups, stews, curries, spice blends, sweets and just about anything that can do with the complexity of flavour that these berries have.
